Fabric requirements are for (2) quilts which is why they are so large.

Romeo Twins PDF Pattern
Make two unique, modern quilts at the same time with the Romeo Twins Pattern.
The first quilt, Mercutio, was written in collaboration with Matthew John Designs. It is based on one of the beautiful designs in his debut fabric line. See and purchase the rest of his beautiful fabrics here.
The second quilt, Mercury, was designed to complement and reinvent the elements used in Mercutio to create a second, beautiful abstract pattern. It uses the mirror pieces produced from making Mercutio.
Both quilts are pieced simultaneously using traditional methods. The pattern is based on a single, drunkard's path (quarter circle curve) block. If you can sew a relatively gradual quarter circle curve, you can make these quilts. If you've never sewn curves before, a primer is available on my blog. The pattern includes instructions for both ombre and two-color versions.
No y-seams are required and curved templates are included. However, a universal curve ruler, such as the Circle Savvy ruler by Creative Grids is recommended (but not required) since it makes curved piecing much easier and faster.
Pattern includes (25) highly-illustrated pages of instruction, a coloring sheet, and suggestions for how to quilt the finished quilt tops.
